It all started as a one-man band with the founder Lloyd Gilham driving around in his shoddy pickup truck, going door-to-door after some wild weather that got thrown our way the night before. As residents of Carrollton were looking to get things organized, Lloyd put on his trademark warm smile and went to work for his people.
